Danilo Malovic

Product Manager at Roblox. Founder of Chelix. Engineer by training.

Danilo Malovic is a product manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He works at Roblox on AI infrastructure and platform strategy. He is also the founder of Chelix, an AI coding workspace for industrial automation.

Previously, Danilo worked in technical program management at Microsoft Xbox, product management at General Motors, and electrical engineering and new product introduction at Tesla. He graduated from McMaster University in 2026 with a background in Electrical & Computer Engineering. His experience spans AI and data platforms, vehicle software, manufacturing, and industrial systems.

Current work

At Roblox, I focus on AI infrastructure and platform strategy. With Chelix, I’m building tools that help controls engineers explore PLC projects, ask questions about their logic, and inspect AI-proposed changes before exporting them.

Engineering informs how I build

My earlier work involved vehicle data at General Motors, KPI tools and AI assistance at Microsoft Xbox, and equipment automation and manufacturing launches at Tesla. Those experiences shape how I approach product work: understand the system, clarify the problem, and build something people can use.

I care about clear communication, practical engineering, and product decisions grounded in real workflows.
